1. Limited Usage Rights

The purchase of any digital artwork or NFT grants you personal, non-commercial usage rights only. You may display the artwork for personal purposes, but you do not acquire any intellectual property rights, commercial usage rights, or reproduction rights.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use the artwork for any commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the artwork
• Reproduce or distribute the artwork without permission
• Use the artwork in advertising, marketing, or promotional materials
• License, sell, or rent the artwork to third parties
• Claim original authorship or copyright ownership

3. Ownership

DankyLabs retains all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the digital artwork. Your purchase only grants you ownership of the specific token associated with the artwork.

4. Transfer Restrictions

If you transfer your NFT to another owner, all usage rights transfer with it, and you must cease all use of the artwork. The new owner will be bound by these same terms and conditions.

5. Termination of Rights

DankyLabs reserves the right to terminate your usage rights if you violate these terms and conditions.

6. Gallery Experience

The DankyLabs Gallery provides an interactive experience to display digital artworks. By using the Gallery, you agree:

• Not to attempt to copy, extract, or scrape the artworks displayed in the Gallery
• Not to disrupt or interfere with the Gallery's functionality
• Not to use the Gallery for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• To comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Gallery

7. Competitions and Promotions

DankyLabs may occasionally run competitions, giveaways, or promotions through the Gallery. By participating in these:

• You agree to provide accurate information
• You understand that winning is subject to chance and/or skill requirements
• You agree to allow DankyLabs to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes if you win
• You acknowledge that specific competitions may have additional terms

8. Account Security

If you create an account to use the Gallery, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Updates to Terms

DankyLabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Gallery after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
